The company has also listed key features, hardware details, and new job openings as it prepares to expand its footprint, particularly in remote and underserved regions.
According to the updated Starlink India webpage, the residential plan will cost ₹8,600 per month. Customers will additionally need to make a one-time payment of ₹34,000 for the required hardware. The equipment comes with a plug-and-play setup, allowing users to get online quickly without the need for complex installation. The service includes a 30-day trial period.
Starlink is offering unlimited data, more than 99.9 percent uptime, and stable connectivity across varying weather conditions. The company emphasises that the system is designed for ease of use, aiming to bring high-speed internet to areas with limited broadband access.

Starlink is also moving quickly to build its ground infrastructure in India. Reports indicate that the company is establishing Gateway Earth Stations, ground-level satellite connection points, in several major cities.
These include Chandigarh, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Lucknow, Mumbai, and Noida. These stations will act as essential links between satellites and user terminals, ensuring smooth and reliable service.
In addition to infrastructure development, Starlink has posted four new job openings for its Bengaluru office. The roles include Payments Manager, Accounting Manager, Senior Treasury Analyst, and Tax Manager. The recruitment drive signals that the company is positioning India as an important base for its global operations.
The Department of Telecommunications has granted Starlink a five-year license to begin offering commercial services in India. With pricing now public and infrastructure underway, the company is preparing for a full-scale launch aimed at reshaping high-speed internet access in the country.
